Registration Troubleshooting

1. If you have never ordered from us before...

Follow the steps in the below video to register. You'll need to complete both Steps 1 & 2, you'll be guided through these as you go.

2. If you have ordered from us before...

...but...

  • You haven't order for a few months
  • You opted out of marketing when you originally signed up
  • For any reason your email address isn't being recognised when you enter it on a product page (as highlighted in orange below)

You can either:

  • Use the same email address and complete only STEP 1 as below video shows
  • OR use a new/different email address and follow the steps in the first video to complete the whole process (STEPS 1 & 2).

3. Once I've registered, how do I access prices?

See video below for how to access pricing and checkout once you've registered with us.

  1. Navigate to any product you wish to view the price of
  2. Click on black button 'Trade Customers Click Here'
  3. Enter your email address and 'Continue'
  4. *You may need to refresh page...
  5. Prices and option to 'Add to Cart' will now be available
  6. You can now view all products, add them to your cart and checkout

4. Once I've ordered, how do I login to view past orders?

Once you've placed an order you can login to your account using the details you created in Step 2 of the registration process, to view all your orders. Follow the steps in the video below.
