Licensing and Delivery Territories

Some of our licensed products are available for sale and marketing within the United Kingdom and Ireland only. In line with EU competition law, we may passively fulfil orders from customers within the European Economic Area (EEA) — for example, if you find our website and choose to place an order — but we are not permitted to actively market, advertise, or sell outside the UK and Ireland.

Please note that we are unable to sell or ship certain licensed products to the USA and Canada.

UK Deliveries (mainland UK and Northern Ireland)

We will send your order in the UK for £15.00, using UPS courier service. Most orders are sent on a next day delivery service. Please let us know in advance if you are unable to receive deliveries on particular days of the week.  Orders to Highlands & Islands will be sent via Royal Mail.

Our min spend is £200 ex VAT

UK orders over £250 ex VAT have free delivery.

Europe (including Eire) and Rest of World

Please contact us for a shipping quote. For orders placed online, shipping will be calculated once the order is made-up and invoiced before shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Faulty Products

Returns or discrepancies must be notified to The Crafty Kit Company in writing within 48 hours of receipt of goods, stating date of delivery and invoice number, otherwise we cannot guarantee credit.
